Validity of the offer
The rooms can be booked separately with an agreed quota for the time specified in the confirmation. 50% of the unreserved rooms in the quota will be released for sale on April 28, 2024. The rest of the permanently unbooked rooms are automatically released for sale on May 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
Confirmation of booking
Room reservations after the quota must be confirmed with a credit card or paid at the time of booking. About the quota for later arrivals, the last free cancellation date for the reservation is 7 days before the arrival date.
Primarily, we recommend making a reservation by phone or online. Kindly note that
for privacy reasons, credit card information may not be sent by email.

Hotel Mestari is located at the heart of Helsinki, in the House of Master Builders founded by Helsinki Master Builders Association.
The original building was completed in 1932 by architect Heikki Kaartinen. His career as a designing architect in early 20th century Helsinki is significant. By the 1960's, the membership of the Master Builders Association had grown and members needed more space.

The oldest part of Hotel Katajanokka dates back to 1837 and the main part to 1888. The building originally served as a county prison and pre-trial detention centre. The prison was closed in 2002.
